Homemade Garlic Bread in under 10 minutes

So I recently tried out this Garlic Bread recipe that only takes 10 minutes to make. Don’t get me wrong, there is some really great Garlic bread that you can purchase from the store pre-made. I, however, decided to try out this recipe, it is so simple and foolproof. It cost less than $10 to make and it can feed a decent amount of people ( my brothers don’t know what portion control is so can’t really say how many people can eat from this if but I would say maybe 7-8.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Baguette ( I got mine from Aldi)
  • 3 Tbsp. of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • pinch of salt and pepper

I first add butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a microwave-safe bowl. I then microwave it for 10-15 seconds. After that is done, take it out and give it a good stir so that all the ingredients are mixed well.

Next, cut your baguette in the middle – now cut those two pieces again in the middle before making 3 pieces of the 4 slices of bread. I used an air fryer to actually toast my bread but it is up to you- although air fryer is a better option than a conventional oven. I placed foil on the tray and put the cut bread on top. I took a silicone basting brush and coated each bread piece generously.

I turn the oven on 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Once they are out of the oven, they are ready to be served! Super easy, quick, and you can add a side of garlic bread with a lot of different meals,

Final Result!
